hi guys I'm getting ready to launch a over all marketing campaign that includes direct mail and bandit signs, I'm familiar with direct mail but have never put up bandit signs before...I do see them all over town in my area ( riverside ) so I'm assuming they are working good. is anyone around here using bandits and having good results??

In the interview the wholesaler said that once he gets a motivated seller to call him via direct mail marketing, he allows the seller to make him an offer price for the home and if it's a reasonable offer, the wholesaler sends out the contract for the seller to sign before he (the wholesaler) even steps foot on the property.

I have rent either mailed to a PO box or they can pay with credit cards using Square, PayPal, etc. or I have a drop box in the office as well. 

I guess I'll mail a letter to the address there and see where that goes.

If you choose to go this route, send the tenant a Demand Letter (post it on her door and/or send by USPS with proof of delivery/certified mail) for the rent and late fee. 

Does anyone have some recommendations for companies that sell lists for direct mail campaigns?

Talk to them and remind them the cat is not part of the lease. 

If you break down each component worth it..reminds me of the seminar a couple of hundred people ran, yet they had phones that cost well over that.

The contestants are a constant reminder of the endless ways there are to generate money outside of real estate, assuming you have the passion to take action.
