Really dig into discussions here on BP, become a pro-member, watch as many webinars as you can and listen to as many podcasts as possible and read all the books you can! 

I have spent the last 3 years educating myself by reading various books and listening to real estate podcasts in my free time, so I'd like to finally get started now that I'm somewhat ready.

I found BP, attended four or five webinars, listened to probably 40 Podcast from BP, Real Estate Rookies, and BP Business to date.

I'm always watching and listening to things because while you might spend 30 minutes or more on a good podcast, you almost always come away with some important little nuggets of information, or perhaps just some motivation to keep going.

I think I'm in the analysis paralysis stage where I've read so many books and listened to so many BP podcast and I think I'm getting confused...

I wanted to save enough money to rent my own place in the city.For awhile I listened to music on the 40 min morning commute to my job in SoHo.
