My First Investment Property

Hi Everybody!

I'm new to this business but after years of thinking about it I've finally decided to go for it. I've found the property I would like to purchase first. My question is, does anyone have any advice/recommendations on who to finance my first invest property through? Should I go back to the bank I mortgage my personal home through? Are there any banks in central Arkansas that may have programs that are more beneficial for investment properties? Also any additional advice on my first investment property is welcomed. Thank you!
