Hey Jonathan, of course. over the last few weeks I have been building up my referral list of brokers and wealth managers.

They have been late twice last year (2016)  for the months of April and June, due to his layoff and I agreed to somewhat modify their loan, so these two are added to the end of the 15 year term.

@Steven Seiberlich , I hope you can find an investing strategy that aligns with your goals, and would encourage you to decide whether you want to learn by trial and error (and hopefully eventually success), or leverage a program (with coaching, mentorship, on the ground resources, and analysis tools) to help you reach those goals.

C and B areas are typically where a lot of investors target, but everyone has different goals.
