@Abhi Jain  if your already this nervous  then you should probably go with your gut instinct so you don't worry yourself.. there are literally hundreds of turn key providers in the US.. you may want to do a little more shopping and research before you hone in on one company..

Usually after a year or two of steady rentals, go to the bank and refinance, and pay off the original seller, as they typically want a 5 or 7 year balloon.The key points in my other posts: get it appraised so you're not overpaying, and use a good attorney that understands seller financing.

Every time I have moved I have handed over ownership ON the closing date ( meaning at closing I hand over the keys and never go back) and I think that is extremely common.
