If you don't plan to occupy the home, I would love to a lending broker in the area to find you the best deal to either do an investment loan or DSCR type loan.

Bottom line is you are investing, which does give you some separation. 

Hey @Yolanda Martinez, I think you're referring to a lipstick flip that takes 2-3 months but definitely would figure out which neighborhood you want to invest in and figure out if its worth it.
