It seems to be a great and versatile tool but frequently misunderstood in military circles.

Real Estate Industry can be a tool to get you there because REI is a great potential for growth and life balance.

It's a pretty useful tool that saves a lot of time when you need to send multiple messages at once.  

Because IMHO, with interest rates at or near zero, and this 'quantitative easing' (dilution of our dollar) real estate will increase in 'value' after this crisis. 

Appraisals are likely to be even tighter these days so it may give you an out or a negotiation tool.

Understand the system and tools you are working with and TARGET THE RIGHT AUDIENCE!!!
