Tried wholesaling  for a while to get the capital but seemed very counter intuitive since I was spending more money and time than I was making, just to gain traction and I was selling all of the good deals 🤷‍♂️That said, does anybody have any tips on how to overcome this obstacle? 

FF was highly recommended and after my research it seemed like the best platform, that's why I was extremely disappointed with my interaction with them. 

Piercing corporate veil requires much more substantial issues, but a lot of you guys do it here cause you cheap out on the PM and actually interact with tenants and set yourself up. 

Definitely go with your intuition and never second guess it. sidenote: would love to hear more about your lending if possible

They will intuitively size walls and windows and even lay out the materials list you will need while you are designing.

I've had interactions with several PM's and currently use a company that I would recommend.

I lived in the suburbs from 2017-2022 and built my portfolio while on the ground, intentionally choosing the city itself.I know Joe Hammel from FIRE is active here on BP and him and I have interacted plenty in the past but I've never personally done business with them.

I don't mind investing with syndicator but I don't like personally interacting with any type of tenant at all ever..
