For married taxpayers, the law tests the homeownership history of both the home buyer and his/her spouse.For example, if you have not owned a home in the past three years but your spouse has owned a principal residence, neither you nor your spouse qualifies for the first-time home buyer tax credit.

You won't get an attorney to prepare one for that much, and it's been tested in court hundreds of times - and revised regularly whenever a problem is found.

A 50% rule evaluation would look like this: Rent: $550 Expenses: $275 NOI: $275 Payment: $363 (7%, 30 years, $54500) Monthly before tax cash flow: -$88 So, this doesn't pass the 50% rule sniff test.

I did a test a few years ago - phone number by far and direct them to your site from there.This was in a low income area.if your working in the middle of a high tech district then your results may vary.
