Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac offer mortgage relief to homeowners impacted by natural disasters, including those with second homes in areas like North Carolina and Florida.

I know this a tough time for a lot people, post hurricane disaster but I can’t help to think is this a buying opportunity in those areas?

This should probably be in the category of real estate HISTORY, but since we don’t have that category…..I’m reading a book that has me intrigued, “DealMaker in Chief.
