I work in the manufactured home/off site construction industry in sales.

Outside of RE, I am a WFH professional working in the Fintech industry, avid traveler and foodie.

Been in real estate for almost 1 year and working with several investors I was fascinated by the entire process and have mad respect for people in this industry for their drive, knowledge and persistence.

Most sellers in the mobile home industry that are doing some sort of financing are electing to use a lease option strategy instead of a traditional financing.

I have some background on her occupation in the service industry.

It's more of a business in the real estate industry that it is investing (technically).

But I do still have consulting experience in advising senior leaders of companies on how to reduce OpEx and increase profits, so to me, this isn't foreign. 

For those who trust the more mainstream career paths offered in industry to take them to a good place, I'd caution that it doesn't often work out that way for many.Hopefully you find this helpful, Daniel!

Facebook groups are also an amazing place to share contacts of cleaners, maintenance, and any other contacts STR hosts utilize to have a rockstar team in the industry. 

Land is always tough, its negative cash flow and low liquidity.I'd look at industrial type uses, thats far more in demand than building something right now
