Hey guys, quick question.Before i buy a property i wanted to know about the paperwork needed to be able to buy the property, could you tell me what paper work i will need to have as a buyer signed and ready when i hit the closing table?

If you're looking for long-term rentals, your best bet is to hit some areas more towards the southern part of the state. 

You hit it right on the nose regarding six months ago.
