Contrary to the argument in the report above, I don´t believe for a minute that a high percentage of owner occupiers means an economy is healthy and history has shown that there is little to gain (and a lot to lose) by making it too easy for people to buy their own home.

Sorry but a good chunk of the 10K will be eaten by losing costs etc.You can get loans, hard money or otherwise but you need skin in the game as well as cash to rehab.

A lot of HML's won't accept them and lend to you because they will have to take 2nd position and you, as the borrower, wouldn't have any skin in the game.
