So far I have read Retire Early with Real Estate by Chad Caron and Long Distance Real Estate Investing by David Greene.

So not completely green but the year has definitely been small trial by fire, drinking from the fire hose experience.

If you're not already read David Greene's Bigger Pockets book on BRRRR, it is an excellent resource--easy to read and goes through lots of process intricacies.2.
