I'm work for my family's business that owns some commercial properties, and now I have also obtained a real estate salesperson license and have affiliated with a brokerage firm.With Georgia real estate licence regulations, am I allowed to continue managing and leasing my family's property as a salaried employee of the family business (no commissions from leasing activity) without signing any agreements or with the broker I am affiliated with?

@Neil CopelandIf your wife is a participant in the Solo 401k as well (meaning she's an employee of the plan's adopting employer), you should be able to transfer her traditional IRA into the plan.
