BUT, IS IT ILEGAL TO USE FAKE POF IN ORDER TO GET A PROPERTY UNDER CONTRACT

I guess we just wanted to get our roots planted with a house hack but we have to make sure the numbers make sense first.

And we have more restaurants and hotels than a town out size normally would because if someone from Cherokee county Alabama wants to go out to eat a lot of times they will drive to Rome.We also have quite a bit of manufacturing here but it is fairly small, specialty manufacturing, there aren't any really large plants like there used to be. 

They offered to plant flowers but they advised me to get the flowers myself.

If you do that then you know it’s not fake and what not.I honestly don’t know what would happen if the tenants pay oceanpointe and not the new PM.  

She was the cleanest tenant I ever had, and even planted beautiful flowers in the front of the house (Most Section 8 tenants aren't like that, but she was).

If you aren't wanting grass, maybe carve out a curve in the non-concrete side and plant a few ornamental grasses or hydrangeas or soemthing that will grow big.

You should seek damages from the landscaper for letting the plants die, the mgmt company should not be responsible for your landscaping or managing the landscaper unless you have it in writing.Its hard for the carpet issue.
