The track record, expertise, and reliability of the people involved can indeed outweigh the significance of the company name.While the company name may not be a deal-breaker for you, it's important to acknowledge that in the world of real estate, branding and perception can play a role in attracting potential investors.

There exist no formula to mass produce this.In the past it worked because EVERYONE was doing that... till someone stepped up and provided actual genuine value to people online, and now they are DOMINATING the world of SEO, and now SEO companies need to either step up and provide unique value for EACH-AND-EVERYONE-OF-THEIR-CLIENTS, or they get left behind.You can't do SEO correctly for more than a few websites, I PROMISE you this.

If a company has their act together with a well-trained staff and clearly defined roles, then their data is going to have some meaning to it.This forum is not about my company, but we've been mentioned a couple of times and here are your answers Doug.  

There’s an insurance benefit (interesting that the INSURANCE benefit part plays a minor role in an insurance product).

If the end goal is investments, look at getting a W2 role within a realty firm and invest as soon as you can qualify with an owner-occupied multi or SF and rent out rooms.

If going the multifamily route make sure everything is separately metered and avoid inheriting tenants if possible - even with a rent role make sure there is a back up proof of payment.
