There exist no formula to mass produce this.In the past it worked because EVERYONE was doing that... till someone stepped up and provided actual genuine value to people online, and now they are DOMINATING the world of SEO, and now SEO companies need to either step up and provide unique value for EACH-AND-EVERYONE-OF-THEIR-CLIENTS, or they get left behind.You can't do SEO correctly for more than a few websites, I PROMISE you this.

If going the multifamily route make sure everything is separately metered and avoid inheriting tenants if possible - even with a rent role make sure there is a back up proof of payment.
