You have to have a team in place for when you are in th field, deployed or reassigned.

They start down one path, and then all of sudden something changes and now they can do multiple paths, they get their brokers licenses, and put teams together who are wholesaling, a rehab team, and they continue to buy their massive apartment complexes.

I have a phone line dedicated to just the marketing she  does so she is not cheated out of anything.

I trust BP, however, and if anyone could pull it off, it would be this great team of people.     

We're interested in getting our team together and learning from people who are more experienced than we are.
