Hey y'all, wondering what percentage to budget for capex on a 3000 SF, 4/2 that's been completely renovated over the years (not expecting any huge projects to come up). 

Podcasters...for anyone breaking even or actually making money off your (real estate related) podcast, I'm wondering if you can point me to ideas on how best to grow number of listeners, if and when to add advertising, and generally how many downloads/listeners you achieved before breaking even? 

Was wondering what you guys think are the best cash flow markets in the 50-100k range in 2019 and why do you believe your market is great?

Hello BP Community,Sorry if this questions seems a little simplistic,  I'm looking to buy a multifamily in the Worcester market and was wondering,  wouldn't I need to find a PM that I will use for the eventual purchase, and use their knowledge to leverage my due diligence on estimating cost/expense for the monthly upkeep.
