We have it on good authority Riverside County is drafting major changes to their Vacation Rental policy behind closed doors, and intends to vote on this by end of year and have drastic new rules in places by early next year.Please SPEAK OUT and tell Riverside no changes should be made without healthy public debate, a study group, and an economic/fiscal impact study so they can't sneak this change in!

It's unbelievable what an effect this can have, and although its extremely time consuming this part won't cost a ton of money.Spruce up main entryway for curb appeal-  clean up without too much cost the side entrance and back deck.

Like Everyone I am just hoping that this vaccine that is on its way gets here and we can start to build back. we need:Airlines to be healthyTravel industry to be healthy so folks can travel and take vacations.Restaurant business and all those that support them.. from farmers to vintners pots and pans and of course the staff.So as it relates to real estate available credit and super low rates have kept it from crashing on the SFR side and as long as that remains I personally dont see some huge event like 08 to 2011 in the SFR space..

On a short-term rental, expenses would include taxes, marketing, consumables (tp, soap, coffee, etc.), management fees, capital expenditures (roof, driveway, flooring, etc.), utilities, insurance, landscaping, and everything else.My short-term rental earns enough in three months to cover all my expenses so the rest is my net income.
