Always ready to learn and network with long term goals of creating everlasting financial literacy and wealth for my family and many future generations that’ll come after I’m gone.

Smart equates to experience, which I know you want to build up, so in the beginning it might not be profitable, especially the more complicated the construction project, but you’ll learn stuff.

Self-management isn't just about hiring cleaners, its very much learning the nuance of the STR market, how to navigate all the various software, how to market the property - from photos, to listing copy, to policies, etc and then staying on it. 

The paralysis by analysis stage is always the toughest phase to break past but once you apply the action with the knowledge you have, you will learn that it's not as scary as you once thought.

This is a great place to learn and to connect with people so take advantage of all the great resources.

Thomas Anderson has several books that are good intro's if you want to read and learn some basics.  

Most learn and move on....and it gives my guy a chance to look around without a formal "mid-lease inspection".
