if you only install it where it has the most impact i.e. the living room and master bdrm and if he uses 2 pieces of colonial base with inside corner trim in between it should be well under half that cost.

It's a property about 1100 sqft was a 2bed 1 bath  they stripped it down to the studs and made it 3 beds 1 bath with the master being 13/13 dont have the money to finish it because of a ongoing divorce wants 20k but Negotiable and it's up to code in the electrical department does this sound like a good deal

Plan was to make high-end rental units with some exposed brick, in-unit washer/dryer, off-street parking, tile shower, solid countertops, etc.Mistake 1: I had a local architect make building plans involving a floorplan change for a new bath/kitchen/master bedroom with walk-in closet arrangement in the rear of the units.

I even have a friend who I helped with a house hack then he wanted to move so he bought a 2nd one then rented out the master of his old house, so he has 2 properties he has house hacked.
