Its the same every time i pass a speed limit sign and i think to myself haha that simply means i can go 10 above it and not get pulled over. people will test the boundaries of the law until they are caught. 

Its very true what you're saying, and I am considering this area as a test run to making money, but if we can hook up, I would like that.

@Charles Lewis  I don't think that will fly for your personal residence exemption... you can't split off part of your residence and sell it.. you need to sell the house also.. its were you reside that is the test.

I also have another REIT I picked up during that time that has done really well too.As far as CA RE schools I'm taking a packaged course (3 online courses + weekend crash course before test) at Chamberlin Real Estate School in Campbell.

Testing and tuning is important, this is a business.

I have tested FB ads for sellers and if I set my budget for $10 and bid at the suggested amount I will get 8 to 15 clicks to my page.
