I will use a client I talk to frequently as an example, he is selling his properties and investing a large % with us so he can finally live his life.

I think he really does a great job providing free value to his audience but I have wonder the same thing about how great his course really is.

Lastly, if you have a side business you would like to plug you can tell the audience where to find you and your business name.

Referrals are the only way to go in my opinion when you are dealing with property in a location that you won’t travel to frequently/don’t know the area very well. #2 If you have the opportunity to get a property manager, do it.

Aloha,Actually, depending on your location, you may have frequent movement of this type construction.

The best advice I can give you is get frequent before you get great.

WiFi smart locks are great b/c they’re a one-and-done install, but have the downside of needing frequent battery replacements due WiFi using a lot of energy vs something like ZWave to a hub (that’s very low energy like Bluetooth).
