Does anyone have any experience with this RE Investing course? It's $325. I'm wondering if it's any good?

Kevin seems to be a great guy, he knows what he's talking about, and he's very generous with information (and opinions!). I'm just not sure I'd pay for his investing course.

I bought his course for real estate agents, and while it was informative, the content wasn't really unique.  There is no notification when he posts new content to the course, but I don't think access to the materials--video lectures in bite-size nuggets--expires.  The value is in the community and in the potential for access to Kevin himself. And it's up to you to avail yourself of those benefits.

The real estate investing course is pretty much the same, I believe, and he also does live events that he sells separately from the course. Frankly, based on my experience with the agent course, I'm not sure I'd pay for the investor course. There seems to be more value in the live events--enrollment is limited and he promises direct time to discuss methods, strategies, and possibly even potential deals with individual enrollees.

One more thing.  I'm a cynical old bugger and find his constant cheerfulness a bit distracting.
