If you goal is to  acquire many, have a real company and self manage, then move to   Florida, you can turn that into 20 doors leveraged.  

Window is currently not egress, but can certainly be replaced if needed.There is a walkout door right next to the window, so I’d imagine, that is what is necessary for an emergency.Front side of basement has another window (same size as back), and has a view to the underside of the porch.

Lastly I really like that CoC ROI but always make sure that your deal also meets your per door cashflow base.All in all I think it looks pretty good.

According to me if strata / property management company manages 1000 doors and charge 10% of rent means $150 of $1500 rent that makes $150 * 1000 = $150,000Thats all a company makes in year or is there some bigger numbers.Replies will be appreciated.thanks.
