@Raymond HillOne thing that really helped me and I would recommend to anybody new to real estate is to run your cash flow projections on at least a few dozen properties, even if they're not the ones you want to buy.

You need to know if you can refi and not have to sink more cash in to the project down the line.You can ask for interest only payments if they are asking for a balloon.
