Rehab Management System

Good evening, BP.

I was hoping someone could lead me in the right direction. I'm looking for a cloud based rehab/project management system to track each property from the first day after acquisition to the day we sell or move a tenant in. I found Buildertrend, however, $99/mo starting is too expensive. Can anyone suggest an alternative that can scale from tracking all aspects of a single rehab to X many at a time? I'll be my own project manager/general contractor for the time being, but I'd like to be able to pass along projects to a project manager when I hire one.
