Flipping Houston houses in North Houston is a good one we are having a meeting tomorrow night on Thursday

Every time he built something, bought something, flipped something, people said “that’s the last thing he’ll ever do in this town.”3,000 units later he’s worth we’ll north of $100 million.

Cap rates are good, crime is not that great and not that bad (depends on the area - some places quite safe, some places slightly sketchy but nothing like north Philly), the area is coming up with a lot of new business investment but hasn't historically seen a lot of appreciation.

Petersburg Florida, soon my current personal residence will be renovated and rented out by the room while I move north to Pasco for a better school district. 

I mean come on anywhere is better than North Pole, Alaska and it's 158 degree temperature range., besides you don't have to deal with us crazy Alaskans.

Hi @Natalie Lee,I grew up in Brooklyn/Queens, many years ago, and currently live in the Bronx (North Central).

You could have a clause in your lease similar to what is common up north, not allowing move-outs between November and February.
