Bronx newbie, beware!!;-)
Hello All,
Here I am, writing my very first post this beautiful Valentine's Day evening, while my man is rehabbing our first property instead of having a romantic dinner with me!.. Lol
That shoud really speak up for my serious intention to succeed as a real estate investor and reach my goals mainly in BRRR and Flipping houses.
I am new to real estate investing and look forward to meet other enthusiastic investors, advisers, contractors, mentors, agents, etc.. to learn and expand in new field!
I am from Brooklyn, NY and interested to invest in Bronx. I work full time so the plan is to start part time until I will be able to mirror my W2 job and dive into investing full time. Hopefully within a year or two. Currently exploring BP resources, reading books and listening to podcasts and audiobooks.
Thanking in advance for any connects, support or suggestions.

Hi @Natalie Lee,
I grew up in Brooklyn/Queens, many years ago, and currently live in the Bronx (North Central). Thanks for sharing your pics- it looks like a complete gut.
I have several properties and if you and your man need any support, please reach out to me.
NY properties (especially NYC) are usually just more expensive than any other areass, but you know that already. Good luck.
