Good Morning Florida Bigger Pockets,

I am a newish investor in St. Petersburg Florida, soon my current personal residence will be renovated and rented out by the room while I move north to Pasco for a better school district. 

I would love to connect with anyone interested in real estate investing and flipping in St. Petersburg, Largo, Clearwater, Pinellas, Pasco, Tampa, and Hillsborough. 

I am working towards becoming financially free in the next 3 years, and it just turns old that I love real estate, especially old real estate.
