Normally, rental property income is considered passive and reported on Schedule E.

A lot of people going in and forget that if they do not have experience in rentals with proof on a schedule E than they cannot use the projected rental income as qualifying income to qualify.

For those without e-mails (or refuse to give them to me), are there other payment systems I can use? 

Also having two mortgages will also give you a good tax deduction on your Schedule E at the end of the year.

Maybe has something to do with the e=areas he's hitting or how he's targeting.

Also, check your local library for what app they use-- you can check out many of these suggested e-books and listen to audiobooks for free (from the library!)
