Of course they are many ways to find deals, but there are favorites that always work.If you are new or need help or are in tough markets like CA, WA or especially Socal or even in AZ or NV this is the way to go.One approach I like is to send post cards.

Also is it common practice to take the entire first month's rent for commission on new tenants?
