Investment Info:

Single-family residence other investment.

Purchase price: $352,000
Cash invested: $70,000

This is my second ever new construction development! It is a 2/1 650 square foot DADU on a rental property that I already own. I will Airbnb this property as well bringing my total number of Airbnb's to 5!
