How Finding Deals Actually Works For New Investors

Of course they are many ways to find deals, but there are favorites that always work.

If you are new or need help or are in tough markets like CA, WA or especially Socal or even in AZ or NV this is the way to go.

One approach I like is to send post cards. The reason being is that you can cover an entire zip code focusing on a specific pain point pretty easily. Like foreclosure. For instance, you can get lists of vacant properties and send post cards to the owner's address. Sometimes that is the property itself, other times it isn’t and you have to do a little work to find the owner.

But, guess what, that means you are the only one making an offer on the property. Most people wont go that extra step.

Oh, and by the way, don't send beautiful well designed post cards. They get lost in the mail with all of the other beautiful cards and don't get looked at. You have to make yours stand out. It's cheap and it's easy.

If you want a copy of what works, give me a shout and we will get you a copy.
