What areas are working out for you today?

I've researched some, but there are so many options available I'd love to hear what works best for landlords with some prior experience. 

So, if you can find a deal that works in the current environment you can manage it to be even better as time goes on.

To make the numbers work, you have to buy right!! 

@Scott TrenchPeople thought last year we reached the peak but reality is we are just scratching the surface as many deals that were in trouble were hoping for rates to come down have not - so it’s gonna get worse before it gets betterThis one seems sketch to me honestly as if original poster is reading this why wait four years ?

Hi Luke, an education expense is a deductible business expense only if you get the education while your working in a business with a profit motive.
