Has everyone noticed that the rental market in PGH been especially difficult this year?

The first two steps are 1. having a vacancy marketed and 2. receiving inquiries.

But you need to know your market.

Hi @Gio Franco We have a lot of owners in my market of Chicago that buy a condo and get a roommate(s).

We build at cost around $120 per sq without a margin. with margin we get about $145 to $150 and the resale prices we build a home that is the right square feet in our market in Columbus Ohio.
