I went back for a vacation and saw that they have a nice big beautiful road leading into it so traffic should be less obnoxious.

I bet in 10 years we could sell the place and come close to doubling our money plus have a great place to vacation in the meantime.

Not sure if you intend to rent seasonally or not but we too live in the SF Bay area and have a vacation property on the Gulf in Florida which we rent out when not in use by us/our family.
