Wanted: STR Cleaners - Maui, Hawaii

Aloha everyone,

I have a handful of vacation rentals in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii that I self manage. The hardest thing about running them though, is finding good cleaners. I know a lot of you on the island run into the same problems and I've had plenty of discussions with several of you about this. I don't mind paying our cleaners a fair wage, and I don't think we are too hard on any of them, but it seems like no matter how good they start out, after a few months we've got to let them go as their integrity starts to wane. 

I'm considering starting our own cleaning service to mitigate the situation, but I really don't have time to run another business. Does anyone in South Maui have any GOOD recommendations for SOLID, RELIABLE cleaners?
