Expanding vacation rental business to Dallas area

I am in vacation rental business. I got good success with it in Boston, Kansas and looking to expand to Dallas.  I got pretty much all guest communications, door locks automated with airbnb, homeaway, flipcart and few others, excited to put it to work in Dallas.

I am new to Dallas, so wondering if you could though few areas that you have seen success or recommend for airbnb/homeaway?
