This one might work out long-term, but your margins are thin and even once you flow positive your returns aren't impressive.More importantly, your posts read like you want BP to convince you to buy the property - like you're not even really sold on it but you want the go-ahead from the hive mind to pull the trigger on something that's 'good enough' so you can get started now rather than waiting until you have more capital.
