Hello, I am a junior in college studying urban planning and have been motivated to do real estate since 7th grade. I've learned so much in my time and I'm ready to pull the trigger. I'm working on credibility and credit to get my first deal complete. I'm having trouble keeping my focus on my real estate goals and being in school and working full time as a mechanic. I'm a first-generation student and on academic scholarship. I feel short on time so I need advice on what to prioritize in the property investment sense. Thank you for reading.
