Jacqueline,If you are able to bring properties to me before they hit the MLS, that will be great as I am looking for a realtor who I can use to sell my fix and flips and who knows how to generate traffic to the Open Houses.My plans are to have at least 1 fix and flip open house per month and then as I get bigger to have multiple Fix and flip homes available for resale every month.

Hello BP, for the area to growth there must be some future projects going on and current infrastructure that are hard to duplicate, but it is wise to purchase an apartment near to schools, malls, places of worship & etc because of the traffic, noise pollution and extreme density that may actually increase the tenant turnover as it is uncomfortable to live in such location?

Similar scenarios include me not buying on major traffic streets, homes that back up to railroads, etc as these are detraments to property values.

Being from Atlanta, I highly recommend East Cobb County and Cherokee County due to their great schools and low crime.Fulton and Dekalb don't have well known schools, they have high crime rates, loaded with horrendous traffic and much higher taxes than Cobb and Cherokee.Hope that helps!
