Couple of them wanted me join their CRE brokerage but the deal breaker for me is if I hung my license with them, I would not be allowed to do any residential transactions.Many of my existing clients are tech entrepreneurs and home based business owners.

My head is hurting thinking about all the stuff tax related and need to talk to a CPA who is well versed with real estate and LLC's (hopefully a tech LLC shouldn't matter too much).
