What kind of listings are you targeting: foreclosures, vacant, etc?

I learned that police are often targeted of their neighbors and they are forced to move frequently.

Property managers and real estate agents are providing virtual tours and virtual open houses to comply with social distancing right now.

Where are you currently stationed and where do you want your target market to be are good starting points.

Also look at current listing and target the agents that have poor pictures. 

Another great platform that provides information targeted to military investors. 

I would recommend that you spend a decent amount of time and budget (you do have a marketing budget I hope) on social media marketing.

So it’s better to disrupt two units, and potentially expose both units to outside people during this social distancing than having the crew spend more time to pull out the other plumbing for access?
