Fayetteville, Rocky Mount, and perhaps to a slightly lesser degree - Durham, all come to mind off the top of my head.I have seen people go in 'half-cocked' in these cities and lose.Like many areas of business, where there's risk - there's opportunity.

Both were in terrible shape, and the ADU in the back was literally sitting in the dirt, foundation crumbled, floor sloping at least 15 degrees to one side.

. , already gutted, not a big money maker, but I called it "My Master Degree in Rehab".Already start learning by getting bids for it.I will be documenting the process, price, materials, bids, permits etc....It is going to be all here.Help me please, share tips, ideas, etc...I would put pictures as well.Good Luck to me :D)))
