Just closed on the First Full Rehab ( Wish Me Luck) :D))
So I have been a Buy&Hold Investor for 13 years, and I decided that it is time for me the do something different.I have been constantly searching and making offers after offers, since July ( most of them low ), I felt like I was little over analyzing where others were keep putting crazy offers out there.
Finally I put one under contract. YAY!!!!
It is a small house approx. 990 sqft. , already gutted, not a big money maker, but I called it "My Master Degree in Rehab".
Already start learning by getting bids for it.
I will be documenting the process, price, materials, bids, permits etc....
It is going to be all here.
Help me please, share tips, ideas, etc...
I would put pictures as well.
Good Luck to me :D)))
