Second after you purchase the property you either track expenses on excel, QuickBooks or any software to that matter.

Right now I use an accountant to keep track of all this, but having my own software would help.

Theoretically you could submit an offer to these people who then submit that to the bank to begin the shortsale process, but it is a lot of pain for a slim chance of gain.  

Years later I learned that one could have software built that would allow the tenant to pay rent online AND do the accounting. 

You probably will end up tracking some of the numbers in Excel (or other software.)Most of us do bookkeeping at an office/home, not necessary when we are out, so this is probably a minor issue, but if you buy QuickBooks Desktop version, then you can only enter/view from where the computer is (unless you set up some type of remote access.)

Software to blur out the names?

This is a technology that I am looking to use in my business and it simply is this: "Sending voicemail to someone without their phone ringing"  This could be a good strategy as I would be able to send multiple voicemails to people (Cash Buyers or Motivated Sellers) at the same time.I am looking for a legit Software or site that is the best at this technology.  

Do anybody know where I can get a great skip trade software from?

I set mine to voicemail only to capture calls, then my employees call back from their personal skype numbers for which call recording software is available.

Do you think it is worth the cost of the drone/video editing software?
