App or spreadsheet To Help Manage Holding Expenses of Rehab

Hi All.  Looking for something simple to manage the expenses of multiple rehabs (which will be sold retails within 6 mos.).  Nothing too complicated.  Checking BP but nothing sticks out.

I will put something together myself if nothing else materializes.  Just wondered if anyone knew of anything off the top of their heads.

I use a combination of QuickBooks and custom Excel spreadsheets.

Haven't found anything off-the-shelf that I think works even half-well...
