Each LLC should have its own business accounts. 

Not to say you won't run your own numbers, but just saying wholesalers cannot be relied on.  

My out-of-state clients are successfully purchasing BRRRRs and flips deals here because you can still find cash flowing and 1% rule deals here with tons of appreciation.
